Councillors have voted to continue supporting the Cubby House Toy Library, a branch of the NFP Early Education Inc. This library provides a wide range of high-quality educational toys, games, and therapy/gross motor equipment. The Cubby House Toy Library will continue utilizing the Forestville Senior Citizens Centre for storage and distribution, and in collaboration with the Northern Beaches Council, will offer a Click & Collect service at Manly and Mona Vale Libraries weekly during school terms. Members can browse an online catalogue, reserve items, and collect them from their preferred library. Volunteers from the Cubby House Toy Library manage the toy transportation for collection at Manly and Mona Vale Libraries. In the past year, 598 toys were borrowed from Manly Library and 399 from Mona Vale Library by 103 members. Explore their extensive online catalogue and sign up at Manly Library.
